About Soul Pizza
Our Story so far...
We're two food lovers brought together by mutual friend and a shared passion for great food, quality ingredients and making people happy.
I'm 25 years old and have worked in catering since I was 14. From my early days in hospitality to working as cabin crew, customer service has always been at the heart of everything I do. I've always loved cooking, especially alongside my dad and there's nothing better than seeing people enjoy food you've made with care and passion.
My business partner, Ricky, brings over 40 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry. From helping his uncle in pubs as a youngster to running kitchens at major outdoor events serving hundreds of guests, he's done just about every role imaginable. His love for Italian food was inspired by countless trips to Italy, where he developed a particular passion for authentic, freshly made pizza. For Ricky, it's all about quality ingredients, authentic flavours and creating food that people genuinely love.
Together, we've combined our experience, passion and love of great food to bring our pizza trailer to life. Our goal is simple: serve delicious, freshly made pizzas with friendly service and a smile.
